Every year in September and October we have a 7-week beginner course, where everyone is welcome to discover aikido or to repeat the basics after a longer break.
If you can’t attend the beginner course or if you want to start later in the year, you are always welcome at any class at Gløshaugen and Dragvoll.
For your first practice bring some comfortable sport clothes like long trousers and a long sleeve shirt. We practice barefoot but if you need socks, please, bring some nonslip socks.
If you just want to come around and have a look you are also welcome to do so, but if you really want to experience first hand what aikido is join a practice and feel how it is.
