2nd Kicking Practice

To follow up the previous success, Sverre from Taekwondo was invited back to the club for another kicking practice. This time we kept working on mae geri, kekomi and mawashi geri that we learned last time, and also worked on a new kick, ushiro geri, a back kick. We also learned about different ways to enter, either getting a lot of speed or getting a lot of power in our kicks. This was followed by the aikido part of the practice, doing a lot of different rolling, pushing our guest instructor out of his comfort zone. Also here we kept working on the kicking defense we learned last time, finishing off with some fun kubi nage.
